Matthew 28:19-20
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.   And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

At Crossroads, we are committed to obeying Christ’s Great Commission, discipling believers and equipping them to share their faith and disciple younger believers.   Through discipleship on a variety of levels, we equip God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up and move on to full maturity — attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13).   Our unwavering commitment motivates us to provide a variety of spiritual growth opportunities:

KBCDiscipleship 101:  Lifestyle Discipleship

Every fall, Pastor Bob and Becky teach this unique KBC course.  This 14 week course is designed to help students grow in their personal relationship with the Lord, lay a solid foundation for disciplemaking and to equip students to evangelize and establish young believers.   Jesus’ last words on earth were, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matt. 28:19).  Yet, many believers today are lost in the area of helping young believers take practical steps in growing in their faith.  This course combines biblical disciplemaking principles with real-life, practical experiences.  Pastor Bob and Becky love having this opportunity to disciple and equip KBC students and CCF friends in their home.

KBCDiscipleship 102:  Leadership Development

Each spring, Pastor Bob and Becky teach this sequel to 101.  This 14 week course is designed to strengthen a growing disciplemaker and to further equip him/her in developing ministry leadership qualities and skills.  This course combines biblical disciplemaking and leadership principles with real-life, practical experiences.  Throughout this course, students disciple someone outside of class, lead small groups in class, and learn how to counsel, manage their time, how to have prayer retreats, etc.
